Online bidders: 14% flat buyers premium. Payment by credit card Onsite bidders: Terms of the sale are cash, good check or credit card w/4% surcharge for onsite buyers. All items are sold "as is where is" with all faults. It is buyers responsibility to inspect all merchandise before bidding on items. Once the auctioneer says "sold" the bidder becomes the owner of the assett being auctioned. There is a $30 charge for returned checks.
