Auction Terms & Conditions: Products/Items: All items are Sold "as-is." There are no warranties or gaurantees. Descriptions of the items are not guaranteed. Please see pictures and/or personally inspect items prior to auction at our location for condition of lots being sold. All American Auction Co. of Iowa, LLC will provide transparency and the most available information and description that is given to us. All sales are final. Any item not picked up at the check out date and time provided will be considered abandoned and the purchaser will lose all rights, title and interest to the property, including all monies from the buyer. Once the auction is complete, ownership immediately transfers to the buyer and all items are sold as is and where is, without any warranties expressed or implied. Invoices by onsite buyers must be paid in full immediately after the sale is complete. Invoices by online buyers will be charged to the credit card on file at any time after the item is sold. All merchandise removed from premises must be paid in full. Buyer Terms: 13% buyer premium plus local sales tax of 7% on all items sold. All sales are final. Removal of Auction Lots: Pick up dates and times will always be named in the auction times. Items need to be picked up on dates and times given and/or letting us know you need the item shipped, if offered on that lot. All American Auction Co. of Iowa, LLC will ship selected items (when specified) with a shipping fee of only the exact shipping charge incurred by us, as well as, a handling fee of $10 (for boxes under 2 lbs) , $15 (for boxes 2lbs-10lbs), and $20 (for boxes over 10lbs). All items shipped will be properly packed for shipping. All American Auction Company of Iowa, LLC is not responsible for any broken items recieved through shipping. Signing up and bidding in our auction, you are releasing All American Auction Company of Iowa, LLC from any and all liability for any broken items recieved through any and all shipping services. All American Auction Co. of Iowa, LLC accepts Cash & Most major credit cards/debit cards online and cash at time of pick up. We do not accept checks. Miscellaneous Info: It will not be All American Auction Co. of Iowa, LLC responsibility for any power outages/ internet outages that may occur during an online auction. For internet-only auctions, All American Auction Co. of Iowa, LLC reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
