1. All items sold "AS IS - WHERE IS" condition without a written or assumed warranty or guarantee. Coins, Collector Cards, Jewelry & other collectibles are auctioned AS IS - WHERE IS. Responsibility lies with the BUYER to authenticate. Please preview the items during regular business hours, which are Wednesday thru Sunday from Noon to 5 PM. 2. All of the items sold are available for preview during regular business hours. 3. Shipping determined by lot. Lots will be specified if local pickup is required. Pickup time and date is the Wednesday following the online auction from 12 Noon to 5 PM, at Unplugged 4502 Avenue O Suite 7 Fort Madison IA. Removal is buyer's responsibility. PLEASE bring the manpower, shipping and packaging materials you need to remove lots. We will NOT provide boxes and/or crates. Unplugged is NOT responsible for theft or accident. 4. All sales are FINAL. If you are unable to adhere to the above terms, please DO NOT BID. Bid accordingly as there are NO RETURNS. 5. BUYER'S PREMIUM: There will be a 10% Buyer's Premium on ALL online purchases. Iowa sales tax will apply to purchase(s) made. 6. PAYMENT: All purchases will be charged to the credit card you registered with at close of auction. If you would like to be cash payment please contact us to let us know prior to auction end. Credit card payments subject to a 4% surcharge. 7. If charges are DECLINED by the credit card processor, a non-sufficient funds charge of $25.00 will be charged each time processing is denied.
