Woodland Fair Construction In Grimes, Iowa will be downsizing and has no further use for these items. Everything was in working condition when last used and stored on site.
All items are sold 'AS IS-Where IS' with no warranty or guarantees , expressed or implied. It is strongly recommended that all bidders inspect the items before placing a bid. If prior pick up arrangements are made, this will not apply. Returned check fees will be assessed a $35 NSF Fee and may reult in the bidder being demied acess to future auctions.
